back and hire someone to maintain your property. A satisfactory maintenance crew may
encourage you to keep your property a little longer or help you get it ready for sale, or
both. If you are
getting your property ready for sale you should pressure wash roofs
and driveways. The exterior of vinyl homes should be pressure washed. I have a list of
local firms who will pressure wash your bath tub if you will let them. I wonder if that
would be quicker than cleanser? |

will haul all those unwanted items to a friend or relative or straight to the dump. Hiring
a hauler once a year may be cheaper than insuring and licensing that pickup truck.
